Inspired: Flame on!

Red represents super hot, cautious-warning, lust and high energy. Red is the lucky fung-shui colour for good health and good wealth. Put on some red when you feel down, sh-t or out-of-luck, it could really bright you up and do you no harm.

In bloom: Ana Locking Spring 2012

Ana Locking Spring 2012

Be optimistic, look forward! It's freezing cold outside but we can't wait to see what's happening in the coming spring. "Under Beauty" is the theme of Spanish design house Ana Locking for SS12 collection. Interpreting the theme - seeking beauty in between the bright side and the dark, there is a lot of floral pattens varied in bright colours yellow, pink and blue, playing contrast with black shirts and trousers.

Favourite key items: floral pattened leather espadrilles

The 70th post: The year of androgynous mind

Mr. Andrej Pejic is the stylemaker of the year, named by gay fashion magazine OUT. 2011 is the year of androgynous look in fashion world and Prejic comes at the perfect moment: He models for both menswear and womenswear; with long blonde hair and rosy lips, he's a glamours cover girl, and when he stripes down, he's a boney pretty boy. Pejic is an inspiring role model of gender-blending and cross-dressing. Whether it's in fashion world or real world, we all need fun, imagination and COURAGE.

Runway wearable: Prada FW11

Get the look: Bowl-cut hair & V-neck sweater (stock in various colours please!)

Prada this season presents jet-setting boys of the 60's. To complete the look, get this super cute bowl-cut hair. It's easy to style (with or without wax) and the fringe frames your face better, sharper! This is what you really want! Never wear a hat even if it's cold, show off your hair! Just keep a comb in your back-pocket in case you need it. Remember, neatness counts in style.

Runway wearable: Dior Homme FW11

Steal the look: Turtleneck sweater, wide-legged pants, wet hair & one side earring.

Apart from the much-adored superhero cape this season, Dior maintains minimal, practical yet sophisticated style with soft texture layerings.

Videos: Sean Lennon, Radiohead, Xu Xu Fang

Sean Lennon & -M- performing "L'Eclipse". Sean looks perfectly charming with his Tom Ford eyeglasses, frames his face just right!

Radiohead performing "Lotus Flower". Thom Yorke's weird and creepy dance makes him even more attractive, indeed.

Xu Xu Fang's seductive cover of David Bowie's "China Girl". An abstract experience, wonderful.

Inspired: If he walks away, let him do it

My favourite fashion photographer Andrea Apotorno, shot an editorial for 10 Men magazine FW2011 issue. I love the composition of each of his work, the awkwardness always brings wonderful surprises to my eyes. It's like watching a French New Wave movie. Is it all constructed or more spontaneous? Let's say it's half & half, same to who & what we encounter every day. Life is more fun with surprises, and of course, with beautiful clothes and styles.

Inspired: Master of layering

Aj Abualrub for T by Alexander Wang Fall 2011

Black has variations in hue and richness. It's the most memorable thing I learned from my first job. How rich is the colour? Is it truly black or is it dark grey? Is it red oriented or more on the green side? How deep the tone of black could go? What makes a perfect pair of washed black jeans?…The questions for this colour are endless.

Inspired: Bed Boys

Dolce & Gabbana styled this sexy photo shoot for a newly started French fashion magazine Antidote. Shot by photographer Giampalo Sgura, the fashion spread features shoes from D&G's spring/summer 2012 collection. Want some Americano on your Wang tee?

I've got coffee stains on my Jack Kerouac book, but never on my pure white Wang tee.

At the beginning of this month, I realized my daily cup of Starbucks Americano has raised its price. Now this global coffee vampire has got the new idea to suck young blood: Designer tees for fashionistas, how about that?

Consider these two dilemmas:
A: Could it be your worst nightmare if you or someone else splashed coffee on your US$85 Alexander Wang tee? You probably would have killed him, her or yourself.

B: Will you spend US$85 on a coffee-stained tee designed by Alexander Wang for the sake of 40th anniversary of Starbucks?

Crazy or creative? This limited edition tee is now available in US at Starbucks stores and its website. Nordstrom offers international shipping to my home with 40 bucks for shipping cost…it turns me off instantly.
